Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStretch, lite jog. Warm up the arm playing catch. Work on fundamentals. Fielding, hitting, base-running, pop flys, game situations, pitching.
Lesson 11+Confidence in your playing ability. Run thru of all we have learned.
Lesson 4-10Physical conditioning. Out-fielding. Batting Cage. Batting swing, stance, head placement.
Lesson 2-3Find positions that fit player, and more focus on their positions. Mental portion of game understanding.
