Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will assess a student’s current ability with hitting, catching, and throwing. The instructor will observe technique, coordination, and comfort level to identify strengths and areas for improvement
Lesson 11+Remaining lessons focus on applying skills in live play, learning strategy, and improving decision-making under game conditions. Students will refine techniques, increase speed and accuracy, and work toward playing confidently in full matches.
Lesson 4-10These lessons expand into structured drills and small game scenarios. Students will learn movement coordination, positioning, reaction training, and how to combine hitting, catching, and throwing in real situations.
Lesson 2-3. Beginners can expect to focus on building consistency in the three core skills. These sessions introduce simple drills, proper footwork, and timing exercises to develop confidence and muscle memory.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen teaching kids, I adapt my lessons to be fun and engaging, using games and activities that make learning enjoyablé. I focus on building a strong foundation in the basics while incorporating age-appropriate drills and exercises that keep their interest and energy levels high. Patience and encouragement are key, as I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where young players feel confident and excited too.

Working with teenagersWhen teaching teenagers, I adapt my lessons to balance skill development with the social and competitive aspects that appeal to this age group. I incorporate advanced drills and techniques while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and peer learning. By focusing on both physical fitness and strategic thinking, I help teens develop their skills and confidence, preparing them for competitive play and personal growth in the sport.

Andrei
My son plays high school ball and needed more advanced, position specific work. These lessons go way beyond basics there’s a real focus on approach, situational awareness, and building consistency. Its obvious the gap in travel ball/rec coaching to someone who has years of major league expierience. It’s been a difference-maker for his confidence at the plate.”
David
“My son just started baseball and was honestly a little overwhelmed at first. After a few lessons, he’s excited to go every time. Chris keeps things fun but still teaches real fundamentals. His confidence has gone way up, and he’s actually asking to practice now—which never happened before.”
Damian
“With my son preparing for his senior season, we were looking for high-level instruction, not just reps. The training has been incredibly intentional—mechanics, mindset, and routine. He’s seeing the game differently now and feels more prepared facing quality pitching. This is exactly what we were hoping for.”
Naomi
My daughter had some experience but needed help tightening up her mechanics. The attention to detail has been huge—especially with her swing and footwork. The sessions are structured but still engaging for her age. We’ve already seen improvement in her games, and more importantly, she’s enjoying the process
Trinity
Parent (High School Softball Player, Age 16) “My daughter plays competitive softball and wanted to elevate her hitting. The coaching translated seamlessly to her game, focusing on timing, power, and mental approach. She’s hitting with more confidence and consistency than ever before. It’s been great to see her take ownership of her development.”
