Your first lessonAn initial assessment of throwing mechanics, with some implementation of throwing constraints that day to determine how the athlete moves.

Lesson 2-3A mobility program specific to the athlete to address any limitations in range of motion. As well as a structured throwing plan with different drills to help clean up the mechanics
