Your first lessonOur first session is basically getting a feeling for one another. There aren’t many adjustments made during the first session.
Lesson 2-3Drill work to enforce target areas
Lesson 4-10Personalized session based on specific needs. Clients will also be given a program to take home and do on their own, for the days that we aren’t together.
Lesson 11+Video analysis and breakdown to attack weaknesses and improve strengths.
