I design structured yet adaptable lesson plans that strengthen fundamentals, refine advanced techniques, and build game intelligence. Beyond physical development, I emphasize confidence, discipline, and a strong understanding of the game that makes for qualities that help players succeed both on and off the field. I saw 7 of the kids I coached play DI baseball and one get drafted - 13th round of the 2025 MLB draft.
