About your baseball coach
I bring a data-driven, athlete-first approach to player development. I have experience in pitching analytics and development from my internship at Cressey Sports Performance in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, where I utilized advanced tools such as TrackMan, Edgertronic cameras, and motion-capture technology to evaluate mechanics, refine pitch design, and build individualized programs. I also have professional operations experience with the Washington Nationals and Long Island Ducks.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonUnderstand the goals the athlete wants to accomplish then move into drill work so I can see how their mechanics look and then make necessary adjustments. They will then learn about arm care and how to stay healthy.
Lesson 11+Continue to make adjustments with mechanics and pitch design, by now our goal is to have a routine and work hard.
Lesson 4-10Depending on the level of the athlete we will implement more intense bullpens and begin pitch design sessions where we will work on grips and refine the athletes arsenal.
Lesson 2-3More in depth drill work to begin and refine mechanics while building a solid base to throw from.
Youth players
Working with kidsWith kids I focus on teaching them how to properly throw a baseball and slowly move into drill work.
Working with teenagersTeenagers should already have a solid foundation. With them I will play catch with them, understand their goals, and create a game plan of how to achieve them along with refining mechanics and teaching new pitches.
