Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn our first session we’ll talk through your goals as a pitcher and run a full assessment of your mechanics, delivery, and pitch mix. You’ll leave with a clear routine and 1–2 simple drills to start building a strong foundation.
Lesson 2-3These sessions target the biggest areas for improvement—balance, timing, and repeatable mechanics. We’ll build a consistent warm-up and throwing routine while tracking progress with bullpen work and feedback.
Lesson 4-10Here we expand into advanced pitching development. Expect focused bullpens with radar feedback, pitch location tracking, and sequencing work. We’ll layer in strength and mobility drills to support velocity, command, and durability.
Lesson 11+At this stage training is fully individualized. We’ll simulate game situations, refine pitch strategy, and build pre-game and recovery routines. The focus is preparing you to compete with confidence and self-correction on the mound.
