Coach Brady has pushed me beyond my limits and it has helped me become a dominant fielder and a smarter hitter. He emphasized staying low and in an athletic position in which I wasn’t doing before and I now see the difference in my game
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI evaluate my player by going through a normal warmup stretch and throw. I then ask the player what are their strengths and weaknesses are. I go through a normal practice plan and instruct.
Lesson 11+By lesson 11 the player will have our routine down pact and be a way grittier and more competitive baseball player.
Lesson 4-10By lesson 4-10 the player 100% will have their game elevated. The work will become more difficult and they will be pushed.
Lesson 2-3I would know my players tendencies and what they are good and and what they need to work on. Every season gets harder and harder but in a good way. I love to push my players and wor them hard. No pain no gain
