Coach Al is a coach on my 10u team, he helped me with my swing and helped me gain confidence in the box, he showed me how to stay calm and always have an approach before stepping in, he also taught me what to do with two strikes and what adjustments I can make to allow me to better see the ball in and battle in the box. Overall I love his style and teaching and Iām thankful for his help.

After working with Al, my game has improved, I had trouble staying back on the off speed pitch and being on my front leg, but with coach Al he showed me how to stay patient in the box and how to correct my mistakes. With his demonstration he helped me see pitches deeper in the zone and allowed me to create more power within my swing.

I have mentored and watched Al grow as a Coach, when he works with our 9-10u teams he is engaging with the kids and always there to assist them in our training. He is very knowledgeable about the game of baseball and he has a great passion not just as an athlete but as a teacher showing the next generation how the game is played

During my freshman year, Al was the guy to take me under his wing, in the outfield he helped me with my route and kept me level headed during my at bats, despite my struggles he was always there to show me the way and worked with me on what I should adjust or add to my game. Thanks to him I was able to have a great season and now going into my sophomore me I feel confident because of the teachings he shared with me.

When I was in college during my sophomore year I worked with Al when he was a Senior, he helped guide me on the right path as a ball player when I was having trouble at practice. From giving me tips for my swings to workouts I can do at home, he was always there to support me. I loved how he was always there pushing me very step of the way and gave me the confidence to push myself further.
