Your first lessonFirst lesson is about learning your swing and mindset,?your stengths and weaknesses as an athlete and how we can use those to find the swing for you.

Lesson 4-10Next lessons are to find the feels for each player, what works and why and addressing areas of weakness more

Lesson 2-3Next lessons or building off of the persons strengths and applying those to swings, once their swing is found a more focused approach on building confidence with that swing and making the swing have adjustability.
