I am a heart-led wellness guide, yoga instructor, and wellness facilitator devoted to helping others return home to their bodies and inner truth. Through intuitive movement, breath, and ancient healing modalities like yoga, Ayurveda, and energy work, my work blends movement, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support personal transformation and collective well-being. With 5 years of experience, I guide students on a transformative journey. My approach blends traditional yoga with personalized adjustments to foster strength, flexibility, and inner peace. My classes are more than just sessions, they’re a return to self. I will gently unravels what no longer serves, helping my clients embody peace, presence, and self-trust. Whether I’m holding space for mothers-to-be, guiding children through trauma-informed practices, or offering one-on-one somatic support, my energy is warm, grounding, nurturing, and luminous. Yogina Yoga isn’t just a practice—it’s a homecoming. Let me guide you back to the magic already within, where transformation unfolds, and soulful spaces are created. Move. Heal. Remember who YOU are!
"When Trenice sets her mind on something, her determination moves not just from her thoughts but straight from her heart. During our somatic sessions, she guided me with such gentleness through some of the most uncomfortable sensations I'd been carrying in my body. With her support, I was able to release them and step into a deeper sense of clarity and inner peace. Working with Trenice means being cared for in a loving, nurturing, and supportive way. She honors your vulnerability in a way that feels rare and sacred. With her, you don't just heal, you begin a meaningful pathway to yourself and the wholeness you've always deserved.

BFA & MFA (Acting) Over the years I’ve coached actors for auditions as well as basic scene work. My experience as an adjunct professor of acting and directing at a local Southern California university had a tremendous impact on my students, some of whom went on to teach theater. I also founded and directed a theatrical touring troupe which went to Australia on 6 different tours. Recently I taught “Method” acting classes at a film school in Uganda, alongside directing a feature film while there.
