My coaching focuses on strength, mobility, nutrition basics, and clear personalized progressions that will keep you making progress long term. Whether you are starting from zero or trying to break through a plateau, I’ll help you build real strength, confidence, and control over your body.

I was born to raised in Alaska and started skateboarding when I was just 10 years old when my mom got me My first skateboard from Walmart, which was probably like 24 bucks but was most expensive thing to me at the time, Fast-forward 20+ years later and I’m still skating Learning and teaching the sport that brought me a lot of my personality Never give up attitude today, This will be the second company I’m working for teaching, an love to do it….
